Bespoke Projects Broadcasting Support Services (bss) is a not for profit organisation specialising in devising and providing information to the public on behalf of their clients. We offer a full range of services including short- and long-term telephone helplines, contact centre services, distribution, fulfilment, publishing and online services. bss approached Netfocus to conduct a review of their current systems and business requirements. A scoping study was conducted which resulted in a recommendations proposal for the development of an Intranet based system to provide a user-friendly, intuitive system to facilitate the storage, retrieval and maintenance of research related information. Netfocus are currently working with bss to develop and implement their Information Management Systems. |
